Anders Sjögren has been appointed as the new CEO for Morphic’s subsidiary DynaWind AB by the board of directors. The current CEO, Leif Jonsson, will continue heading the company’s sales operations as Head of Sales.
Mr. Sjögren, a 52-year-old economist, previously served as CEO and Chairman for the Oiltech Group. During his seven years as CEO, the company experienced powerful growth, strong profit margins and an increase in profit several times over. Mr. Sjögren also has 20 years experience from primarily Dynapac and Hägglunds prior to his position at Oiltech.
“Morphic’s wind power operations are one of our most expansive areas and we’ve focused on assembling a strong and experienced management group since DynaWind’s inception last summer”, says Jonas Eklind, CEO and President of Morphic Technologies AB. “The skills and experience Anders Sjögren brings to the company will greatly contribute to our success. Sjögren is a great complement to Leif Jonsson, who can now focus on sales.”
Anders Sjögren will begin his post as CEO in February 2007.
