In cooperation with Crown Nordic Management, Hemfosa has acquired a property portfolio comprising 28 commercial properties from Provinsfastigheter with an underlying property value of SEK 1,285 million.

Of the total property value of the 28 properties, which are mainly located centrally in growing cities in southern and central Sweden, the Stockholm region accounts for 36 percent. The properties, which have a total of 142,182 square meters of leasable floor space and a rental value of approximately SEK 155 million, house various community service operations, as well as offices and logistics premises.

The acquisition from Provinsfastigheter is being carried out as part of a joint venture with Crown Nordic Management, with each party holding 50 percent of the company.

“This transaction suits Hemfosa very well. It involves properties in growing municipalities, including a number of community service properties. The opportunities to make improvements to the properties are good and they offer the potential for increasing the occupancy rate. Since it is a management-intensive portfolio, we are pleased to conclude the transaction together with Crown Nordic Management, which has extensive experience of management and project development, comments Jens Engwall, the CEO of Hemfosa Fastigheter AB.
