Krister Karlsson has been appointed as the new chief operating officer, COO, at Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget in Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”). Krister succeeds Oscar Lekander, who is leaving the management team and who will continue to work on completing transactions and special projects.
Krister Karlsson is today Head of Property Development. Previously, Krister was Head of Planning and Property Development at Rikshem AB and Regional Manager Baltics, Project Manager Sweden and Property Developer at NCC.
