Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (”SBB” or the ”Company”) announced on 22 October 2019 a hybrid bond issue of SEK 1 500 million (the “Bonds”) with perpetual maturity within a framework of up to SEK 2 500 million.

In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonds, the Bonds are intended to be listed and admitted to trading on the corporate bond list of Nasdaq Stockholm shortly.

As a result, the Company has prepared a prospectus, which today has been approved by and registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (the “SFSA”). The prospectus will be available on SFSA’s website (www.fi.se) and on the Company’s website (www.sbbnorden.se/en/prospectuses/prospectuses).
