Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) acquires two centrally located community service properties let to school operators from Wallenstam for an agreed total property value of SEK 380 million.
The property Nordstaden 24:11 covers approximately 4,200 sqm and is today fully let. The largest tenant is Vittraskolorna. The property Inom Vallgraven 64:31 comprises approximately 1,700 sqm. The tenant is Kita’s Education, which rents the entire area.
“SBB is the Nordic region’s largest owner of community service properties and we are pleased to buy two well-managed school properties in central Gothenburg from a long-term player such as Wallenstam. Completion will take place on 1 April 2021.
