Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ), Reg. No. 556981-7660 (“SBB” or the “Issuer”) today announces that it cancels the repurchased Capital Securities (together, the “Capital Securities” each a “Capital Security”) outlined below (the “Cancellation”). The Issuer may at its discretion cancel Capital Notes held by the Issuer pursuant to Clause 11.1 of the respective terms and conditions of the Capital Securities (together the “Terms and Conditions”). The reason for the cancellation is that the Issuer, following the cancellation, intends to exercise its right to redemption upon a Substantial Repurchase Event pursuant to Clause 11.4 of the Terms and Conditions.
Notices of the Cancellation, dated 7 November 2019, will be distributed to noteholders of the Remaining Outstanding Amount and will be made available on the website of the Issuer (sbbnorden.se/en/investor-relations-main/reports/).
