Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden (publ) (”SBB”) establishes a EUR commercial paper programme with a framework amount of EUR 200m. At the end of August 2018, an investor presentation will be held in Helsinki and the first issue is expected to take place shortly thereafter. The commercial papers will have a maximum maturity of 364 days.
The programme is arranged by Swedbank AB, Finnish Branch, which also serves as the issuing institute together with Danske Bank A/S, Finnish Branch.
