Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (“SBB”) extends leases totalling 33,000 sqm for a total of 15 years with the Swedish Police in three locations. In the property Sigtuna 2:227, Väringaskolan in Sigtuna has extended the existing agreement and extended the lease with a new 20-year agreement of 1,800 sqm. In the property Norr 5:10, the Västra Götaland Region has extended its agreement, for the health centre in Hjo, by ten years of 1,800 sqm. The total annual net operating improvement in connection with the extensions is approximately SEK 3.3m and the estimated investment is approximately SEK 38.5m.
