The school has a lease of 23 years and covers 12,422 sqm. The school is designed for 700 students and for the autumn term 2021, the first students were welcomed to their modern and newly renovated school.
Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (“SBB”) already owns a number of different community service properties in Haninge Municipality and has earlier this year completed a new elderly care home with Haninge Municipality as tenant.
