Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) has successfully issued commercial papers totalling SEK 600 million, with maturities of three months (interest rate at 0.3%) and twelve months (interest rate at 0.5%), within its newly established commercial paper programme. The framework amount for the commercial paper programme is SEK 2,000 million with maturities up to 364 days.
“We are proud to once again execute a successful issue. The commercial paper programme complements our current loan portfolio, lowers our financial costs and strengthens our financial position. This is another step towards SBB becoming the largest player focused on community service properties in the Nordic region.” says Ilija Batljan, CEO and Founder of Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB.
The programme is arranged by Swedbank AB (publ), which also serves as the issuing institute together with Nordea Bank AB (publ).
