Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (“SBB”) together with Borås Municipality receives zooning plan permission for approximately 40,000 sq.m. of BTA new residentials in connection with the existing residential area Liljeberget, which is an attractive residential area in central Borås. In addition, housing for the elderly and other municipal services will also be developed. The area is located next to attractive green areas. The new buildings will be adapted to existing environments and the open spaces between the housing.
