Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) sells a portfolio 545 rental apartments in southern Sweden to Kuststaden. The agreed property value exceeds the most recent external valuation.
The properties included in the transaction with Kuststaden comprise a total of 38,900 square meters of residential apartments are sold at an agreed property value of SEK 469.5 million. The apartments are located in three Swedish municipalities: Västervik, Nybro and Vaggeryd.
