Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) sells three properties to Svenska Myndighetsbyggnader AB (“SMB”) (JV owned 50/50 between SBB and Kåpan Pensioner) based on a value at completion of SEK 2.7bn. The properties that are sold have the Swedish Police Authority and the Swedish Courts Administration as tenants. The deal includes, amongst others, two new police stations to be built with the Police Authority as tenant on 15-year leases.
