Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) signs three new leases in Gothenburg and Borås as well as a lease extension with the Swedish Police Authority in Borås. In the property Gamlestaden 2: 5, Praktiska Gymnasiet, AcadeMedia, has signed a new ten year lease agreement of 3,060 sqm. The school will move into its newly renovated premises in 2023 and will then welcome 370 students to the new school. In the property Solrosen 17, the Swedish Prison and Probation Service has signed a new six year lease agreement of 1,800 sqm and in Fjolner 21, the Swedish Police Authority have extended their agreement of 10,200 sqm with a new five year lease agreement. Through its wholly owned subsidiary, Odalen fastigheter, SBB has also entered into a 20-year lease agreement with AvAsta for elderly housing with 100 places at Nya Altplatsen in Gothenburg. In addition to nursing homes, Altplatsen will consist of rental apartments and commercial services for a total lettable area for the entire Altplatsen project, which is estimated to amount to approximately 16,800 sq.m. BTA.
