Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (”SBB”) has today announced the offer document relating to the bid for Entra. In connection with this, SBB’s team of financial advisors is expanded with DNB Markets, in addition to existing advisors Arctic, Citi and Goldman Sachs.
“We have announced our offer simultaneously to all shareholders. An important principle to us is that we do not treat any shareholder differently and that everyone receives the same offer. Our attractive bid targets all of Entra’s shareholders on equal terms.
