Due to Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) ongoing mandatory public offer to the shareholders in Offentliga Hus i Norden AB (publ) (”Offentliga Hus”), SBB has updated its financial calendar. SBB’s interim report for the first quarter will be published on 5 May 2021. SBB’s Annual General Meeting will also be moved to this date. Due to this change, the first quarter reports of both SBB and Offentliga Hus will be published on the same day.

Annual report 2020 and other material related to the AGM: w/c 5 April (previously w/c 29 March)
Interim report January-March 2021: 5 May (previously 27 April)
AGM 2021: 5 May (previously 27 April)
Interim report January-June 2021: 15 July (unchanged)
Interim report January-September 2021: 29 October (unchanged)
