SSM Holding AB (publ) is continuing to grow in the increasingly popular suburb of Spånga, just outside of Stockholm, by acquiring a new housing project in Spånga Centrum from Nils Johnny Fastighets AB. The total floor space of the project is 11,400 m2 that SSM intends to develop into approximately 250 cooperative apartments. The initial purchase price is 65 MSEK. In addition, there will be a charge based on future exploitation. Production is expected to start during the first quarter of 2020 with occupation from the fourth quarter of 2021.
SSM has acquired a housing project in Spånga Centrum from Nils Johnny Fastighets AB corresponding to an initial purchase price of 65 MSEK in addition to which there will be a charge based on future exploitation. The property (Gulmåran) is located in Spånga Centrum, which offers a wide range of shopping and restaurants. Spånga is also close to a variety of athletic facilities and green areas.
There are also many public transport options including the commuter rail line and buses.
The project comprises approximately 11,400 m2 of floor space that SSM plans to develop into about 250 cooperative apartments.
The project will be run entirely by SSM. Production is expected to start during the fourth quarter of 2020 with occupancy from the fourth quarter of 2021.

SSM is already developing the Spånga Studios project at Spånga Torg (Spånga square). The project comprises 80 cooperative apartments and occupation is expected during the latter part of 2019.
After the acquisition, SSM will have approximately 5,800 building rights in the planning or production phase.
