SSM Holding AB (publ), Sweden’s leading property developer within smart, affordable homes, has recruited attorney Maria Boudrie as Chief Legal Officer and a member of SSM’s Group management. Today, Marie is an attorney-at-law and partner at Hamilton Advokatbyrå and has solid experience in Swedish and international real estate transactions, property law, commercial contract law and tenancy.

SSM has appointed Maria Boudrie as Chief Legal Officer and a new member of its Group management.

Maria has a law degree from Stockholm University and experience in Swedish and international property transactions, general property law, commercial contract law and tenancy. Today, Maria is an attorney and partner with a focus on property transactions at Hamilton Advokatbyrå.

– Maria has vast experience within property law and complex commercial transactions. Her expertise and background will be a valuable addition to SSM’s Group management and to our operations in general, says Mattias Roos, President & CEO of SSM.

– Historically, SSM’s operations have been transaction-intensive and I’m looking forward to contributing my experience and expertise to developing the company further, says Maria Boudrie, incoming Chief Legal Officer at SSM.

Maria Boudrie will start the new position in April 2018.
