Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB” or the ”Company”) has noted that Viceroy Research (“Viceroy”) has published a follow-up letter to the short-seller report with false and misleading descriptions and analyses that was disclosed to the market in February. SBB will not dignify Viceroy with yet another formal response. SBB invites all investors to reach out directly to the Company if they have any questions.
