SBB announces its intention to launch a revised voluntary tender offer to acquire the entire share capital of Entra ASA (the “Enhanced Offer”). Under the Enhanced Offer, Entra shareholders will be entitled to receive NOK 190 per Entra share. The Entra shares are traded on the Oslo Exchange under ticker “ENTRA”.
