Extensive industrialisation is taking place in northern Sweden with Skellefteå as a clearly shining star. The need for housing is great. That is why Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (“SBB”) is currently building just over 400 apartments in Skellefteå. SBB also conducts extensive property development work in the region, and recently the company was notified of two more zoning plans for a total of approximately 26,000 square meters of building rights that have gained legal force. The building rights are located in existing residential areas in Moröhöjden, Skellefteå and Västland, Sundsvall.
