Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ), Reg. No. 556981-7660 (“SBB” or the “Issuer”) today announces that it exercises its right to redeem all of the outstanding Capital Securities (together, the “Capital Securities” each a “Capital Security”) outlined below (the “Redemption”). The Issuer has repurchased and cancelled more than 80 per cent of the issued amount of the Capital Securities and may therefor exercise its right to redemption upon a Substantial Repurchase Event (as defined in the respective terms and conditions of the Capital Securities (together the “Terms and Conditions”)) pursuant to Clause 11.4 of the Terms and Conditions.
Notices of the Redemption, dated 11 November 2019, will be distributed to noteholders of the remaining outstanding amount subject to Redemption, as outlined below, and will be made available on the website of the Issuer (sbbnorden.se/en/investor-relations-main/reports/).

The Redemption will take place on 16 December 2019. The redemption amount, together with accrued and unpaid interest up to and including 16 December 2019, will be paid to each person who is registered as owner of Capital Notes in the debt register maintained by Euroclear Sweden at end of business on 9 December 2019. In connection with the redemption, the Capital Notes will be delisted from Nasdaq Stockholm.
