S&P Global Ratings (“S&P) has today announced that Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) has been assigned a BBB- rating with stable outlook.
“We are proud to deliver on our targets and to receive an investment grade rating from S&P as well. We will continue to focus on redeeming existing secured indebtedness and we will actively invest in social infrastructure properties in the Nordics, such as elderly care homes, group housing and schools, as well as rent regulated residentials in Sweden with the target to achieve and maintain a BBB rating,” says Ilija Batljan, CEO and Founder of Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB.
