In March 2014 the number of shares and votes in Hemfosa increased with 36,372,278 shares and votes. As announced earlier, the change in the number of shares and votes is a result of the new issues made in relation to the offer to acquire shares in Hemfosa in connection with the listing of the company’s shares on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm.
The share capital in Hemfosa, as per 31 March 2014, amounts to SEK 61,372,278 and the total number of shares and votes is 61,372,278.
