Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (“SBB”) has just completed the annual ISS (“Institutional Shareholder Services”) ESG rating update. SBB’s corporate rating has been upgraded and is now considered “Prime”. It serves as an indicator of the quality of SBB’s performance in social and environmental areas. In addition, all of SBB’s bonds now qualify as “responsible investments”.

We are already the industry leader in social sustainability. SBB already has the highest rating from Sustainalytics in its rating category. SBB’s ESG risk is classified as low (10.7 on a scale from 0 to 50 where the limit for negligible is 10) and risk management is considered strong. SBB also has an A rating from MSCI.
