Pursuant to the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act, Swedish companies whose shares are listed on a regulated market and that increase or reduce the total number of shares or votes in the company must disclose such changes on the last trading day the same month.
As previously announced, the Board of Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) on 23 October 2019 decided on a directed new issue of 18,181,819 shares of class B. The issue was registered during November 2019 and increased the number of class B shares by 18,181,819. The number of votes increased by 1,818,181.
As of 29 November 2019, there are 850,759,793 shares and 274,052,649 votes in Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (”SBB”) distributed as follows:
Common shares class A: 209,977,491 shares and 209,977,491 votes
Common shares class B: 564,253,359 shares and 56,425,335 votes
Common shares class D: 76,498,230 shares and 7,649,823 votes
Preference shares: 30,713 shares and 3,071 votes
