Hemfosa Fastigheter has signed a new lease with Haninge Municipality concerning the approximately 22,000-square-meter municipal hall in Haninge. The lease will run for 15 years as of July 1 this year.
“We are delighted to be able to extend the collaboration with Haninge Municipality, one of our largest tenants in our prioritized Public Properties segment. The extended lease will provide us with excellent opportunities to further develop the property to facilitate our tenant,” says Annika Ekström, Head of Property Management at Hemfosa.
