Invitation to presentation of the transaction between Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden and Public Property Invest, announced, 11 November at 5.45 p.m. (CET)

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB invites shareholders, investors, media and other stakeholders to a webcast presentation on Wednesday, 12 November 2025 at 8:30 a.m. (CET). During the presentation, CEO Leiv Synnes, together with Treasury & IR Helena Lindahl, will present the recently announced transaction with Public Property Invest ASA.

The presentation will be held in English and will conclude with a Q&A session.
