SBB elects to repay a total of SEK 10 billion in secured bank debt as part of its ambition to achieve a BBB+ rating – financial costs decrease by SEK 170 million

Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) is repaying secured bank debt totalling SEK 10 billion (incl. already communicated SEK 5.8 billion). The repayment results in lower financial costs on a 12-month rolling basis (everything else being equal) of SEK 170 million. The repayment is part of SBB’s aim to achieve a BBB+ rating. SBB will continue to repay bank debt.
