Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) is making a number of changes to its management team. Annika Ekström, Eva-Lotta Stridh and Oscar Lekander are appointed Deputy CEO. Oscar Lekander will also be the new Chief Operating Officer. Carl Lundh Mortimer, appointed Business Development Manager, and Jenny Asmundsson, responsible for public inquiries and procurement, are new members of group management. Lars Thagesson, currently Deputy CEO and Chief Operating Officer, will be senior advisor to the management team together with Magnus Edlund and Einar Lindquist. The changes are being implemented as part of SBB’s work towards the goal of reaching SEK 300 billion in property portfolio value by 2026 and in the long term becoming Europe’s largest real estate company within social infrastructure.
SBB’s management team comprises the following members from today:

SBB has also appointed a senior advisory group consisting of Lars Thagesson, Magnus Edlund and Einar Lindquist.
