40 meters above the ground with views of the Bällstaån waterway and downtown Sundbyberg. Today, SSM will begin selling 272 cooperative apartments, of which 13 are townhouses, within the framework of the Bromma Boardwalk project. Most of the homes will have their own 15 m2 balcony and a number of units will also have 60 m2 of private terraces or gardens. There are also plans to offer several attractive, modern shared spaces, for example, two rooftop terraces with outdoor gyms and kitchens, a carpool and 1,000/1,000 Mbit/s broadband. Tenants are expected to start move in by mid-2020.
Today, SSM will start selling 272 unique, affordable and space-efficient cooperative apartments with attractive shared spaces as part of its Bromma Boardwalk project. The development is attractively located on the shore of the Bällstaån waterway and offers striking views of Stockholm. The area is characterized by both green spaces and proximity to city life in Sundbyberg, downtown Stockholm and Bromma Airport. It is also close to good public transport in the form of commuter trains, bus and subway lines and cycle paths.
Bromma Boardwalk is characterized by modern architecture and is being built on top of an existing office building 22 to 40 meters above the ground. The project will consist of ten buildings of five to ten floors each, with a total floor area of 17,200 m2. Homes will range in size from one- to five-room units with a kitchen, most of which will measure between 50 and 60 m2 . Within the existing office building, SSM will build 13 city town houses and a daycare center with three sections on the ground floor.
Most of the homes will have their own balcony measuring 15 m2. A number of homes will have 60 m2 of private terraces or their own gardens. Shared spaces include rooftop terraces with an outdoor gym and kitchen, a car pool and a garage. The fastest broadband in the market, 1,000/1,000 Mbit/s, will also be included in the monthly fee. The first tenants are expected to move in towards the middle of 2020.
– Our Bromma Boardwalk development offers affodable living with a unique view of Stockholm on the Bällstaån waterfront, which explains the high interest for the project and close to 600 registered visitors ahead of today’s sales start, says Mattias Roos, President & CEO of SSM.
The sales start will be held at Bromma Boardwalk’s showroom at Tomtebogatan 18 in Stockholm. For more information about Bromma Boardwalk and to indicate interest in the project and SSM’s other housing projects, visit ssmliving.se
