SSM Holding AB (publ), the leading residential developer in the Stockholm region, with about 5,000 building permits in the planning phase or production, has recruited Malin Key as one of three department heads within the company’s project organization.
Malin Key, who holds a Master of Science from the Luleå University of Technology, has more than 15 years’ experience from the construction and property sector. Most recently, she was project manager at Stockholmshem and she has also worked as project manager at JM and Sweco.
– SSM is continuing to expand and today, we have about 5,000 building permits in the planning phase or production. Malin’s many years of experience and solid expertise from developing properties and managing projects will be valuable within the framework of our project organization and SSM’s continued development, says Mattias Roos, CEO of SSM Holding.
