SSM is strengthening its Group management team with the addition of Chief Business Development Erik Lemaitre. Erik has worked at SSM for five years and have 25 years of experience within domestic and international property development, including from NCC
and Nexity.
Chief Marketing Officer Susanne Blomberg and CIO Jan Michelson will at the same time
leave the Group management team to concentrate on operations.
Following the above-mentioned changes, SSM’s Group management team will comprise the following people: Mattias Roos (President & CEO), Maria Boudrie (Chief Legal Counsel),
Johan Ellertson (Head of Projects), Erik Lemaitre (Chief Business Development), Christer Ljung (COO & CPO), Ann-Charlotte Johansson (Chief Communications & IR Officer),
Ola Persson (CFO) and Casper Tamm (Financial Director).
