The shareholders of SSM Holding AB (publ) gathered on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 in Stockholm for an Extraordinary General Meeting.
In accordance with the proposals of SSM’s Nomination Committee, the Extraordinary General Meeting resolved to increase the number of board members to eight with no deputy members and to elect Peter Wågström as a new member of the board for the period until the end of the next Annual General Meeting.
Peter Wågström has a Masters in Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH) and extensive experience from leadership positions within the construction and real estate sectors. From 2004 to 2017, he worked within NCC, from 2011 to 2017 as President & CEO and prior to this as Area Manager at NCC Housing (Bonava) and NCC Property Development. Today, Peter has several board appointments within the real estate sector including the listed companies Eastnine and Amasten (First North) as well as the privately-owned company Arlandastad Holding.
The meeting also resolved that Peter Wågström shall receive remuneration equal to the remuneration to members of the board that was resolved at the Annual General Meeting 2019, proportional to the number of months remaining until the Annual General Meeting 2020.
Following the Extraordinary General Meeting, SSM’s Board of Directors comprises Anders Janson (Chairman), Bo Andersson, Per Berggren, Sheila Florell, Ulf Morelius, Ulf Sjöstrand, Jonas Wikström and Peter Wågström.
