Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) has today sold two LSS-properties in Gävle to municipality-owned Gavlegårdarna.
“As we commented after last week’s municipal deal, our relationships with Nordic municipalities are of utmost importance, and we have stated that we are open to dialogues with municipalities that want to acquire properties and can act promptly. This is our third municipal deal in 2023, and we have several dialogues with Swedish municipalities regarding additional deals,” says Leiv Synnes, CEO of SBB.
SBB intends to use the net proceeds from the transaction to strengthen the company’s liquidity and financial position.
