SSM’s West Side Solna cooperative apartment project, which includes 252 homes, 90 percent of which are one and two-room units, is now sold out. The attractive project located on the border between Solna and Sundbyberg (Stockholm) has an Urban Score of 100 points when it comes to mobility, community, well-being and everyday services. Between Q3 2019 and the end of Q2 2020, 238 homebuyers took possession of their  apartments and the rest are expected to move in during Q3 2020.

On an attractive property where Solna meets Sundbyberg (Stockholm), SSM has developed and produced the West Side Solna cooperative apartment project that includes 252 homes and has an Urban Score of 100 points. The apartments range in size from one to four-room units of which about 90 percent are one and two-room apartments of 23 to 56 m2.

West Side Solna is ideally located near the subway, shopping and recreational areas. Most of the homes have  balconies and shared spaces include a rooftop terrace and outdoor pool. There is also six commercial space on
the ground floor for shops and restaurants offering outdoor dining and other services.

Tenants began moving in at the end of September 2019 and as of June 30, 238 homebuyers had taken possession. The remaining buyers are expected to take possession during Q3 2020.

–  During the summer, tenants in the West Side Solna project have been able to enjoy a “staycation” with their friends and families and relax in the large outdoor pool and on the attractive rooftop terrace. The West Side Solna project is being run as a joint venture with Alecta.

SSM has two additional cooperative apartment projects in production: Metronomen at Telefonplan,
which has 188 units and an Urban Score of 100 points, and Platform West with 109 units in Roslags-Näsby
and an Urban Score of 97.
