Pursuant to the Swedish Financial Instruments Trading Act, Swedish companies whose shares are listed on a regulated market and that increase or reduce the total number of shares or votes in the company must disclose such changes on the last trading day the same month.

As previously announced, on 31 August 2020, the Board of Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) resolved on a on a directed issue of not more than 44,197,779 Class D common shares (“D-shares”). The share issue was registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office and Euroclear during September 2020 and increased the number of class D shares by 44,197,779. The number of votes increased by 4,419,777.90.

As of 30 September 2020, there are 1,440,145,029 shares and 332,994,244.80 votes in SBB distributed as follows:

Common shares class A: 209,977,491 shares and 209,977,491 votes

Common shares class B: 1,058,115,105 shares and 105,811,510.50 votes

Common shares class D: 172,021,720 shares and 17,202,172 votes

Preference shares: 30,713 shares and 3,071.30 votes
