The Board of Directors has decided to appoint Caroline Arehult as new CEO of Hemfosa Fastigheter AB. Caroline Arehult is currently Managing Director of Skanska Fastigheter Stockholm and has extensive experience from senior positions in the property sector. Jens Engwall is appointed CEO of Nyfosa AB, the subsidiary that Hemfosa is planning to distribute and list by the end of the year. The changes will take place in the autumn of 2018.

Jens Engwall is appointed CEO of the newly formed subsidiary Nyfosa, and will there contribute his unique expertise in opportunistic property transactions. Caroline Arehult, born in 1973, holds a degree in engineering in construction and property economics from KTH in Stockholm, Sweden, and the Institute of Technology in Hamburg, Germany. She is currently Managing Director of Skanska Fastigheter Stockholm, where she has responsibility for commercial project development. Prior to that, she held senior positions at Skanska, including Head of Leasing and Marketing, Head of Property Management and as Property Developer.
