Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) acquires, through two transactions, two community services properties with residential care and education, and 35 residential properties for a total property value of approximately SEK 730 million.
The leasehold area of the community service properties amounts to approximately 12,000 square meters with rental income of approximately SEK 18.5 million. The community properties are fully leased with an average remaining rental period of 6.5 years. The leasable area of the residential properties amounts to approximately 63,700 sq.m. with rental income of approximately SEK 57.5 million. In total, the acquisitions add more than 900 residential units to SBB’s property portfolio.
The largest tenant is Stockholm City, accounting for 17% of total rental income.

The sellers of the properties are Savana and Langold Properties.
The acquisitions are financed through equity and bank loans.
