The Annual General Meeting 2023 resolved to adopt the Board of Directors’ proposal for appropriation of the company’s results in accordance with the adopted balance sheet and in accordance with what is stated in the annual report. The resolution entailed that funds at the disposal of the Annual General Meeting are carried forward and that no dividend is paid.
