The general meeting resolved to introduce a long-term incentive program by issuing warrants in accordance with the board’s proposal.

The general meeting resolved in accordance with the board’s proposal and with the support of the articles of association to reduce the company’s share capital through redemption of all outstanding preference shares. The record date for redemption was set for 23 April 2021.

The general meeting finally resolved in accordance with the board’s proposal on amendments to the articles of association, whereby the limits for the share capital and the number of shares are changed.
