Mattias Klintemar has been appointed new CFO with effect from January 15, 2010. In the interim Carl G. Sköld will be Acting CFO.
Mattias Klintemar has been CFO and Vice President of Hexaformer AB, a provider of transformer technology, since 2006. His previous experience includes working as CFO/COO at ABG Securities and as a Project Leader, Corporate Finance at ABG Sundal Collier, Deputy CFO at HSBC/Midland Bank, and as a consultant and auditor at Arthur Andersen.
Mattias Klintemar, born 1967, holds an M.Sc. in Economics and Business from Karlstad University specializing in accounting and finance.

Prior to Klintemar’s appointment Carl G. Sköld will be Acting CFO. Sköld has many years’ experience from finance functions in a large number of companies. Since 2002 he has been working as a consultant in his own company, CGS Management AB, and has in this context also worked as a contracted CFO for several other companies, including Enea, Seelig & Co, BTJ Group, Teleca and Resco.
