Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB” or the ”Company”) today announces that SBB has bought back most of the four senior unsecured bonds issued by SBB and its subsidiary Hemfosa Fastigheter AB (“Hemfosa”) maturing until May 2021. SBB now owns SEK 1,435m of the Company’s senior unsecured bond of SEK 1,500m ((ISIN: SE0009805468) maturing on 6 April 2020. Furthermore, SBB has bought back SEK 750.4m of Hemfosa’s senior unsecured bond of SEK 1,000m (ISIN: SE0009664337) maturing on 1 September 2020. In addition, SBB owns SEK 711m of the Company’s senior unsecured bond of SEK 750m (ISIN: SE0010414581) maturing on 29 January 2021 and has bought back SEK 466m of the Company’s senior unsecured bond of SEK 474m (ISIN: SE0010985713) maturing on 17 May 2021. SBB has thus bought back SEK 3 362.4m of the total issued amount of SEK 3 724m. SBB have no other outstanding senior unsecured bonds maturing during the next 12 months.

“We have strong liquidity, backed by safe cash flows, and have continued to repurchase bonds in order to continue lowering SBBs long-term financial costs.
