Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) has entered into agreements for the sale of 46 properties, mainly within office, LSS and HVB segments, located foremost in the mid- and southern part of Sweden. The sale is carried out to an agreed property value exceeding SEK 1bn which exceeds the book value with approximately 10 per cent.
“The asset sale shows once again that SBB’s property portfolio, including non-core assets with strong cash-flows, is highly liquid and attractive,” comments Ilija Batljan, CEO and Founder of SBB.
