Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) has signed a letter of intent to divest a property portfolio at an agreed property value of approximately SEK 9 billion. The buyer is an institutional investor. Total agreed property value for the portfolio before the deduction for deferred tax is in line with the book value as of the second quarter of 2022. The intention is to sign and close the portfolio divestment on 31 October, 2022.
