Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) acquires a portfolio of newly constructed educational properties in Greater Stockholm from Turako for an agreed property value of SEK 283 million.

The properties with 6,942 sqm lettable area comprise of three properties containing premises for both preschool and elementary school are located in the municipalities of Nacka and Huddinge. The tenants are leading private publicly funded welfare providers. Estimated annual NOI is SEK 14.1 million and the WAULT is 13 years.
