Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB (publ) (“SBB”) is selling six properties in Halmstad and Landskrona to Fastighetstaden i Halmstad AB and Doxa Aktiebolag. The portfolio comprises office and industrial properties with a mix of private and public tenants and has a total lettable area of approximately 26,000 sq.m.
“SBB is divesting non-core holdings in line with book values to further strengthen our balance sheet,” comments Oscar Lekander, Deputy CEO and Chief Operating Officer, Samhällsbyggnadsbolaget i Norden AB.
The deal has been signed and closing will take place before the end of June 2022.
