As previously announced, Hemfosa signed a conditional agreement on June 11, 2017 to acquire a portfolio of 19 properties in Karlskrona for an underlying property value of MSEK 750. The conditions are now met and Hemfosa has finalized the acquisition. The properties were transferred on June 30, 2017.
