In May SSM issued a corporate bond with a total frame of SEK 700 million, and a first tap of SEK 400 million. The outstanding bond of SEK 200 million from 2013 was repaid in the same transaction. Another 800 building rights were acquired during the quarter; in Järla, Nacka (in-house), and by Brommaplan (joint-venture with Profi). The Tube (50 apartments) in Sundbyberg were started. SSM has 1,337 apartments in ongoing production.
